Sukhi Dhanda is a Chartered Accountant and principal of Dhanda and Company Chartered Accountant Ltd. Upon completion of his Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Sukhi then went on to article for his Chartered Accountant designation at the CA School of Business.
In 2001, while attending university and completing his undergraduate degree, Sukhi got his first accounting job. Once he completed his degree he went on to article with KPMG, an international accounting firm, and obtained his CA designation. After working with KPMG he obtained a corporate reporting position with Catalyst Paper, a public company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. At Catalyst he was responsible for the Company’s public filings, investor presentations, and the monthly accounting for their pulp division. During this time he was also an accounting instructor at the University of the Fraser Valley. In 2008 he returned to public practice and joined a local accounting firm. At this position he dealt with many owner managed business and assisted them with all their accounting and taxation needs.
Sukhi has over ten years of accounting experience providing accounting, assurance and taxation services to public and private companies in a wide range of industries including agriculture, real estate, construction and development, manufacturing, retail, transportation, and professional services. He has gained valuable experience and knowledge in private and public company financial reporting, corporate and personal taxation, and goes above and beyond to provide quality services to his clients.
